I offer a variety of classes depending on your personal needs and goals. Whether you need to tone your body or relieve aches and pains, there is something for everybody in the practice of yoga and Pilates. 

Online Class

Join us for Bedtime yoga on Tuesday's 8:30-9:30pm via Zoom.

In Person classes

Join us on Saturday 9:30-10:30 in Motspur Park for yoga.
